Historically N Korea rattles sabres, negotiates with the US, gets aid & etc, then fails to meet the obligations of the deal. Then years later repeats.
This time I wonder if it's a method of a spoiled child to gain respect. Then again Hitler used blaming others to bring his people together.
Regardless, this should be taken seriously. If N Korea attacks we should wipe them out, and not play around. There should be zero negotiations.
My personal attitude is and has always been, if you attack me or mine I will kill you. No warnings or negotiations will be given. Swift and maximum retaliation will be heading your way. Unfortunately our leaders are wusses.
