Confirmed

A little taste.

The excuse that people will start shooting each other is also plain and silly. So it is our politicians saying that our society is full of incapable adolescents who can never be trusted? Then, please explain how we can trust them or the police, who themselves grew up and came from the same culture?

No it is about power and a total power over the people. . . . . . Do not be fooled by a belief that progressives, leftists hate guns. Oh, no, they do not. What they hate is guns in the hands of those who are not marching in lock step of their ideology.

If you're reading this you most likely are a pro-liberty gun owner like me, so this essay is nothing new.  It's nice to occasionally get confirmation of what you know.

Pathetic

So the people, especially one particular, has created the largest yearly and absolute debt in the history of this country, and now is trying to make us believe he (they) are heroes for trying to reduce the debt.  And their efforts are mostly through increasing the legalized theft.  They certainly wouldn't want their empire to deflate any would they.  If it wasn't so sad and pathetic I'd laugh.

Squirts for Two

The holidays in the Trajectory family has been good, for the most part.  Christmas eve with the eldest and grand kids was enjoyable, but had some negative effects.  Didn't know that a stomach issue had been moving through that household.  A couple days later it hit the Boss, followed by hitting me.  Explosions from both ends of the anatomy.  At least it lasted only about 24 hours and didn't hit us both at the same time.

On The 'Nice" List

A couple of months ago I signed up for Tactical Shotgun training at TDI.  I have 3 shotguns in the house, Grandfathers 410, Fathers model 12, and my 20 gauge pump that I've used for small game since the early 1970s.  Nothing suitable for training in the stable.

I spent some time searching the 'net and touchy feely at the local gun shops, then decided on the CZ 712 Utility.  I figured on buying one late January or February, then fitting it with the ATI adjustable stock.

Well . . . Something strange happened Christmas day.  The Boss, AKA Santa, with help from our oldest elf, got the CZ and stock for me.

Not sure how I made the NICE list, but hey, miracles do happen.

Random Thoughts

A guy I know has decided that he should get a black rifle while he still can.  The problem is that even if one can be found, the price is very high.  Ammo for black rifles are also high, if you can find any.  He's decided to settle for what he can find and afford, as opposed to what he wants.  The anti's are not the only ones inflicted with knee-jerk reactions.

There was a local gun show this weekend.  I stayed well away.  I'm sure it was crazy busy.  Another guy I know went there with 3 black rifles with the intent of doubling his money.  I'm sure he did.

It's costing the knee-jerk procrastinators a ton of green.

Obama is sure good for the gun industry, even while killing the rest of the country.
 . . . . . . . .

The Boss drug me to the new church she's been attending this morning.  Here in Ohio it's legal to carry in church only with permission from the church leadership.  The last place had a no guns sign on the door this one does not.  I didn't ask for permission, but carried anyway.
 . . . . . . . . .

A co-worker says that its wrong to take a human life for any reason.  He told me he has no trouble being around people carrying guns, but strongly objects to using one, even for defense.  That's difficult for me to understand.

Nonsense

As expected the gun grabbers are spouting their usual nonsense.  I'm sure that banning guns, in any shape or form will work just as well as prohibiting alcoholic drinks and drugs in the past.  And it also worked so well in England and Australia.  But that seems the way we're heading.

Too bad we can't adopt the policies of Isreal, or the school system in Texas and Idaho, where teachers and staff are permitted to carry concealed with special permission.  Those policies actually work, so not a chance it'll become common.  In the mean time all school children are at risk, thanks to the illogical.

Well at least here in Ohio a few are seeing the lite.  I never had much respect for Dewine in the past.  He's changing my mind now.

..."We traditionally think of first responders as law enforcement, police and fire departments. But when there is a school emergency, teachers and educators are really the first responders to our children," DeWine said.

The recommendations from Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters came on the heels of the Sandy Hook Elementary School mass shooting in Newtown, Conn.

Asked about teachers being armed in their classrooms, Deters replied, "If a teacher is trained to handle a weapon, I would have no objection to a teacher having a weapon."

Worst Christmas Story

I grew up during the race riot times, the cold war, planes hijacked to Cuba, and the Vietnem war.

The state o the world, and especially our country has been heading down hill for my entire life.

Terrorist attacks and mass shootings in 'victim zones' are now the norm.  20 young children snuffed out by a deranged kid.  How much blood must be shed with the help of the anti-gun sheep before they wake up to the reality of this world?  How many lives could've been saved if 1 or 2 adults in that school had a gun?

Merry f.....g Christmas.

A Few Thoughts

In a city not too far away, a youngster of about 17 tried to rob a store with a bb gun.  Besides the obvious illegality and immorality, it was a very stupid thing to do.  A worker, I think, was armed at the time.  One idiot was eliminated from the gene pool.

When hearing about the shooting in the mall in Washington state my first thought was 'another mental deviant is causing the rest of us trouble'.  My second thought was 'all those rounds fired and only 2 hits".  In a crowded mall I'd think a blind man could've done better.

I visited a small gun shop the other day and asked for a price on a CZ 712 Utility shotgun.  A few days later I had a voice message that they couldn't get that particular firearm.  Crap!  I hope the larger shops in the area can help with that.

Fiscal cliff?  Perhaps a little fall will knock some sense into the socialists (about 50% of us) in the country.

It's been reported that one of our citizens, a no longer active Marine, is being held in a Mexican prison for the last 4 months.  It's also being reported that he did nothing wrong.  Maybe it's time we invaded Mexico.  After all, they've been invading us for years.

Just some random thoughts.

Just Wrong

When GM was in trouble I said, let them fail.  When Fannie & Freddie hit the skids, I said don't spend my money propping them up.  I said no stimulus spending, we're too deep in debt now.  When new regulations were introduced with more government employees, I said leave it alone.

LEAVE IT ALONE.  Any time government does anything in the name of fixing a problem they mess it up and create even more problems.

I must be entirely wrong, because nobody else appears to think this way.
