We now have almost 200,000 (and growing) in Ohio licensed to carry a concealed handgun. That doesn't take into account those that got licensed as a Florida non-resident, which also allows them to carry in Ohio. Personally, I have both.
Only 52 licenses were revoked. Less than one-half of 1 percent of all CHLs have ever been revoked for any reason, including death or moving out of state.
That means the licensed gun toter is more law-abiding than the average citizen. The only noticeable "blood running in the streets" come from, or by, the mutant population that ignore laws and have no morals.
