Some nut job walks into a college class room with a rifle and fires 2 shots, then sits in the hall waiting for the police. No one is injured. The students all run, like they've been trained in a nanny state. Apparently not a one attacked the attacker. In a relatively close environment the best defense is to go on the offensive against a gunman. Thankfully this gunman wasn't all that serious about killing people.
Even those involved in a "victim zone" killing can't seem to shake their "victim" mentality. They prefer that victim zones remain victim zones. I just don't understand, and I suppose I never will.
