That's Scarry

I saw a film a while back where some freaks were supposed to be able to predict crimes before they actually happened. The 'authorities' used these thought pictures as evidence, and the courts accepted this evidence to convict criminals(?) before any crime happened. While the film was entertaining, the premise was, and is absolutely scarry.

Well it looks like CT is actually practicing punishment prior to any crime being executed. Private property is confiscated because somebody "thinks" a crime "may" be committed. That's scarry!
