We can work together to enact and enforce common-sense ( yeah right) laws and improvements, like closing the gun show loophole (that does not exist), improving our background check system and reinstating the assault weapons ban (which had no effect and had nothing to do with asault weapons), so that guns do not fall into the hands of terrorists or criminals (laws won't do shit about this).

We support art in schools and increased public funding for the National Endowment for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Humanities. The arts are wonderful, but increasing taxes or diverting monies from things like national security is rediculous in these times.

Any way you cut it, that's blatent socialism.
