Too Damn Hot

The other day I was contacted by a head hunter (employment recruiter) who claimed my engineering background was a perfect fit for a position he was trying to fill. The location is in the pan handle of Florida. Now I understand that there's scores of people who like the southern climate, but I'm not one of them. For me, any temperature over 70F is a little too warm, especially with high humidity. So thanks but no thanks mister head hunter.

Today in my part of the Buckeye State, the temperature reached 91F. So the Florida climate has come for a visit. At least here it seldom lasts more than a week, not several months.

I wish it would snow.
