The US has not declared war since WWII. So what about Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan? They sure seemed to be wars to me. So much for the constitution, that document that has become nothing more than a nuisance to the big government.

Seems to me that it doesn't bother the HMFICs of this country - so they assume it doesn't bother the sheeple.
