That the gun rights victory over Chicago is actually a victory in the long run. Yes in the short term the ban was rejected, but in so doing the Fed added more clout to repeal local laws and control more of this country.
Seems to me that this victory could easily become another strike against, and not for, liberty of the people. Our once federalist government is dying, to be replaced my a monster.
