About a week ago I received my Bulldog 44 special back from the Smith. He was to smooth out the action, which he did, and eliminated any noticeable creep while in the process. He also made some lighter springs that were installed, that I didn't ask for. It felt great, until I fired it yesterday.
In single action it would fire 3 out of 5 on average. In double action it only fired 2 out of 10. So back to the smith it goes this week.
The trigger may feel great, but it's nothing better than a paper weight if it doesn't go bang.
