Plated Bullets Continued - Again

The Tech guy at Hornady e-mailed back that "It sounds a little large to me. I sent you a new size die body to try." I also got an order confirmation for a new die body at no charge, but no shipping confirmation.

As it turns out my eldest happens to have 2 sets of dies for .45ACP. Both size the OD of the brass 0.004-0.005 smaller than mine does. I'll be experimenting to see if using the smaller die grips the plated bullets tight enough, with and without using the inside sizer. Since my original die works OK with Hornady XTP bullets, there's a possibility that I may size the cases differently for different bullets.
