The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
I wonder how far this will go. Is it just wishful thinking or is there a movement to revert back to the original federalism that was effectively destroyed by the results of the civil war. Maybe it will take another one to get back to the USA.
