I heard on the news last night the local city has made the top 5 in the country, . . . . . of the most vacant cities. This was an area of a lot of manufacturing, mostly automotive. Now there's many vacant commercial buildings, vacant housing and foreclosures. If you're a factory worker, especially unskilled, the best hope of employment is elsewhere.
And the so-called stimulus package won't help this area one tiny little bit.
