According to a lady I know who works for a CPA, it's more like $7.50 per week.
The notoriously slow Congress passed the $787 billion economic stimulus package in a matter of weeks.
And that in itself should scare the hell out of all of us.
So, just how soon will Americans start reaping the benefits of tax cuts in it?
By April 1, according to the president.
