Exception to the Rule ?

For years I've claimed that the left, in general and anti-gunnies in particular, were totally lacking in logical thinking. This article is an exception to the rule. There's signs of logic in there, but it's still flawed.

guns are to be used to protect the citizens from danger - Yes danger from animals, and criminals, but especially and most importantly from the danger of government. Maybe this author has forgotten history.

and that the people in charge of protecting us oversee the "militia" - Now that obviously is like trusting the fox to guard the henhouse. And it's also the thought process of the collectivist or communist.

Now this is the thought of someone completely out of touch with reality.
