Tomorrow Ohio's concealed carry laws become much friendlier to us good guys.
It is important to note that Castle Doctrine does not apply simply to those with a CHL, or just those who have a gun, but to all law-abiding citizens who are victims of a violent crime.
As stand alone legislation it passed the Ohio Senate with a unanimous 32-0 vote.
The Ohio Senate is finally being educated.
And as usual the media has their heads up their collective asses.

Even California has TCD. It blows my mind that there are lawmakers that think that you should be forced to try to retreat in your own house or vehicle. Its asinine thinking. Good on ya, Ohio, for getting it right!
