Is DC Part of The USA ?

I recently mentioned DC as one of the cesspools in the country. I didn't realize until now that THE AUTHORITIES were contributing ot the problem. Shades of the Nazis and Communists.

Yup! And DC just had two more shootings - one of them fatal - in the same neighborhoods where the checkpoints are.
