Wealth is created. Not Poverty. NOTHING causes poverty. Capitalism is the antidote.

And this is where the Democrats have things absolutely backwards. Their tendency is to punish the successful and reward those that aren't a success. This does nothing to reduce poverty, but creates more who are dependent.
