Attacked by Our Own

As I write this, the movie Independence Day is on the TV. The aliens in their monstrous ships are placed around the globe and about to attack, changing the world forever. I may have some small idea as to how those people might feel. Instead of being attacked by aliens in huge ships, we're under attack by our own government. Sure hope we can keep our worldly liberties intact.
