When Heller was refused licensing for his 1911, I contend that DC broke the law of the land.
The District of Columbia refused to allow him to own a handgun after The Supreme Court said that he could, and that refusal is unconstitutional. Those that voted to enact the latest DC laws(?) violated the law themselves. They should be facing criminal charges for violation of the contract with The People, and for being in contempt of court, and of The Constitution. They deserve jail time for the criminals that they are.
