Back in the dark ages I played a lot of sports, golf, tennis, softball ( until the age of 45), wrestling and football. In my early 20s, with a pregnant wife watching I injured my right shoulder and elbow playing sandlot, tackle football. Twenty years later I hurt the same shoulder again, when a bolt of an old car I was working on broke. Both shoulder injuries left me with one working arm for weeks.
A few months back, extended work with a chain saw left my right elbow and shoulder quite sore. It hasn't gotten any better. Injuries when we're young seem to always come back to haunt.
