What??

On the way home from work is a road sign that reads "target enforcement area".
So if I should miss the target I'm likely to get a ticket?

    At the 4h Learning center (where the shooting club of which I'm a member is located) in Wakefield, there is a warning sign that says

    Slow
    Horse
    X-ing

    I keep asking them where the crossing for fast horses is, but no one seems to know.
